What are the accepted credit/debit cards?

We accept all credit/debit cards Visa, Mastercard, Dinners and American Express.

To make the payment by card, you will be automatically transferred to the secure environment of the partner bank. Your transaction in our online store is carried out through a secure environment and is protected by the highest security systems.

How can I make a deposit into a bank account?

By e-banking or at bank counters, you can make a deposit into one of the following bank accounts.

Returns Policy

What is your returns policy?

You have the right to return the products you have purchased or to request a replacement within 14 working days from the date of receipt, either because you have encountered a problem in the ordering process or have found a problem with a product, or because you have changed your mind. Cigar Smoke does not accept returns of tobacco products, consumables and products that have been damaged through customer responsibility. Prior to any return it is recommended to consult with our online store.

REFUNDS CANNOT BE MADE FROM OUR PHYSICAL STORES

What are the conditions for returning a product?

The product to be returned-replaced must be accompanied by the documents that accompanied the product Invoice - Receipt, to be in the condition received by the customer and the packaging must be the one that normally accompanies the product.

Who bears the return costs?

For returning products the customer will be charged with the shipping costs.

In cases of incorrect, damaged or generally defective products, the shipping costs are borne by the store, provided that the items are sent to Cigar Smoke with the shipping company we will indicate (otherwise they will not be received). Returns are at the customer's risk and we are not responsible for any loss or damage during transit.

What happens if the product I receive is defective?

If the product is found to be defective due to its manufacture, then the consumer can ask for the product to be repaired or replaced, or the cancellation of the contract and a full refund of the amount paid.

Cigar Smoke is obliged within fourteen (14) working days to return to the client the value received in the same way he paid it.

Shipping Policy

Can I order outside Greece?

Our company cannot ship tobacco products outside of Greece. For all other products, shipping abroad is possible by telephone or e-mail ([email protected])

When will my order be shipped?

For Athens

Most products are shipped in (1-2 working days) by post or a partner courier company.
Deliveries are made on the same day for orders placed before 12pm.

For the rest of Greece

By courier (2-3 working days)

  • Για αποστολές σε Δυσπρόσιτες περιοχές έως 3kg τα έξοδα αποστολής ανέρχονται στο κόστος των 8€, για κάθε επιπλέον κιλό επιβαρύνεται με την αξία 1€.

For orders over 95€ the shipping costs are FREE.
